Buyer reviewThe greatest broker is one you only envision doing business with ONCE. Matt took such personal care to understand my wants and needs that it felt like I was home-searching with my best friend. He ended up finding a home for us that we could never envision leaving, and he answered every big and small question along the way in a confident and optimistic manner. The worst part is; because Matt was the best and found us the house of our dreams, I don't think I'll get to work with him again!

Buyer reviewMatt was amazing. He has to be one of the most honest realtors around. He is also very personable and very comfortable to be around. The most amazing thing is that he was much more focused on our needs and wants for a house, than he was for a big commission. He actually convinced us to buy a house that was a 100k cheaper than the other houses and our budget. Matt said that we would be happier in the house we bought and to make it our own through customization, rather than buying the more expensive houses. So he actually sacrificed a bigger commission for himself. to make sure that we got a house that fit us.
