WE HAVE SOLD HOMES BEFORE AND WE THOUGHT WE HAD GREAT AGENTS IN THE PAST, BUT WHEN WE MET MATT YODER HE WAS COMPLETELY ON HIS GAME FOR OUR HOME TO BE LISTED AND HE IS A GREAT AGENT TO WORK WITH. WE SOLD OUR HOME WITH HIM AND HE KEPT US IN THE LOOP ON EVERYTHING. WE WILL DEFINATELY USE HIM AND REFER HIM TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE
