Seller reviewWe faced many, many challenges with this estate sale, Maysa was always on top of the issues and assisted the transaction to the next level. We highly recommend her services and those of her team at Century 21! The sale required assistance of the broker and office staff during the many stages we encountered including negotiations, install conditions, title issues and subsequent closing. Maysa's colleagues at Century 21 assisted at the highest level each and every time. Maysa was absolutely a perfect match for us. She continued to persist and resolve the many issues we faced regarding this estate sale. This property had numerous road blocks, it was anything but an "average" sale and Maysa always came through with every issue we had to face. I am so grateful we had Maysa on our side. I would highly recommend! The sale of the property was encumbered with install and title issues. Maysa went to great lengths and pulled from her various resources to assist every road block we encountered. We knew Maysa would be our best choice based on the recommendations she has received. Maysa was very knowledgeable and thorough. We had a wonderful experience using Maysa Balbaki and her team from Century 21. We will recommend Maysa in the future.

She helped us in fixing up the house to be sold faster She had may advises on the documents associated with the house . She had done many follow ups after the closure. It took less than a week to get many offers and as soon as we agreed on one .Maysa took care of things really fast and prompt. Maysa was very professional and caring when working with us and taking care of the whole process of selling our house. I believe that Maysa is a great asset for your company as she will attract more homeowners and buyers to your company.
