I cannot thank Meagan Alvarado enough for everything whe did for me and my family. This sale, as I am sure most are, was extremely emotional. To say she made the sale of the property and all the baggage and emotions that go along with this portion of the process, easy and actually enjoyable would be a massive understatement. I cannot begin to thank her enough for everything she did. I understand we were the customer and that going way, way above and beyond is part of her personal ethos, but it was simply spectacular to see her go about it in a way I could never have imagined would have been so comfortable and stress free. If you are looking to purchase or sell a home in the Traverse City area, you have to hire this woman as your real estate agent. She has the right balance of professionalism, market awareness, caring, and compassion.

After having kept my eye on the TC market from afar, I was very apprehensive about going it alone. Working with Meg was an absolute dream. She was in constant go-mode, bringing up different aspects that we weren't thinking about while keeping all of our wish list items in mind. We cannot thank her enough for helping us make our dream of moving back up north come true. Meagan was an excellent choice! We were impressed how quickly our listing was posted online, once the photos were taken. Meagan was very patient dealing with our upstairs tenants, who were high maintenance and often rejected requested showing times which was frustrating for all. She kept us informed throughout the process which was very helpful and appreciated as we live in Australia part of the year. We felt like we were next door due to her communication and attentiveness. We highly recommend both Meagan and Century 21 to others looking to sell their property.
