When my brother passed and we needed to sell his home she was so considerate of the emotional aspect of selling and did a wonderful job for us.

Buyer reviewTo compound on the difficulty of searching for a home in the Traverse City area during a hot sellers market while living over a thousand miles away, we had a broad search area and an unclear vision of what we wanted/needed. Meagan Luce was the ultimate professional in learning what our goals were, what our tastes were and needs were regarding the house and location. She devoted several full days and many hours driving to cover our initial search radius of Grand Traverse County. Meagan patiently allowed us to work through the process that what we thought we wanted didn't really fit our lifestyles and professional needs. In other words, Meagan won our loyalty because she listened, she offered advice only when asked and let us and let us come to the conclusion that we needed to be closer to TC and increase our price range to find what we wanted. Even after closing, Meagan continues to be there, helping with the transitional items. We don't say this very often, but there is zero doubt in our minds when it comes to Meagan always putting her clients best interests first. She has become our trusted advocate for every detail of our relocation. But, above all and most importantly, Meagan isn't just my realtor anymore. She is my friend.
