Seller reviewMeagan is a go-getter and will do what it takes to get your house sold for you! She is not afraid to put in the work and get you a proper market analysis so that you are not listing your home with an unrealistic amount. She is not afraid to tell you if your home is listed to high which is good, because there is nothing worse then having it overpriced and not getting any looks on it. She will then come to your home and go room by room to tell you what needs to be put away so that your home shows at its very best and looks spectacular for the professional photos that are taken. It truly makes a huge difference! Meagan also understands the importance of marketing your home and making sure that it is getting out there through other agents, social media, and print ads. We had looks right off the bat and it did not take long to get an offer. Last but not least, Meagan is fantastic when it comes to communication. If she does not answer her phone she is very timely with getting back to you as soon as she is available. She also reaches out to you if she thinks something needs to be changed instead of just waiting to hope things change on there own. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed!

The costs to do the things she suggested were minimal, but made a big improvement on the overall look of the property. She was Very conscientious about our needs and very courteous when answering our questions. She was there for every phone call and email when we needed an answer to a question and explained everything in detail so that we understood what was happening. Overall she did a wonderful job and we will recommend her to all of our friends and acquaintances who may be in the market to sell or buy!
