A Michigan native, Meg grew up vacationing in Traverse City before moving here full-time after living abroad. I thought the odds of us pulling this purchase off were about 1 in 10, yet Meg rolled in with much more knowledge and therefore optimism; that optimism was contagious! Within two months of touring the home, Meg facilitated a purchase contingent on the sale of our previous home, which she also made happen, and we accomplished a huge goal of living on water in northern Michigan. Without question, I would use her again and am already recommending her to all who ask. She was a great advocate with negotiations and well-connected when we needed to consult with specialists/professionals in the area. She was thorough with explanations, reachable or quick to respond whenever we needed her, and patient with the various stages people go through during this process – talking me through doubts, fears, and second guesses. We've made our move and couldn't be happier to have done so with Meg's guidance.
