Buyer reviewWe found a house we were interested in purchasing in FL but we weren't in the state to view it . Megan graciously sent info and even did a couple of walk thru via video FT so we could take a look at everything closer in real time . Megan helped us with our offer which as everyone knows is a bit tricky in such an aggressive market and resulted in our offer being accepted . She followed thru and was professional with making sure we were on top of documents needed and appts to schedule. Even helped with plant care , etc after the sale until we arrived ! We would definitely use Century 21 and Megan Barber in our next real estate transaction again. Overall, Megan Barber made the purchase of a house while being in another state so very easy and comfortable. Very pleasant transaction. We trusted her negotiating skills and came out winners with our beautiful home.
