Buyer reviewMeaning we were states away, we were hesitant in the process but Melanie went above and beyond working to find our house! She was always easy to contact, very professional, and knowledgeable. We were paired with Melanie Fox from the start of the process. We had no knowledge of her previously, but she was very understanding, accommodating (time differences), and hard working to help us find our house. Melanie answer EVERY question I had and was very easy to get in touch with!

Buyer reviewMelanie was amazing. She was so helpful and at the same time considered what I wanted, and negotiated successfully to get what I wanted. She always updated me on a daily basis on the sale and let me know the status of the sale, what repairs were done, and what I need to submit to the processor to close on the home. She was a 100 out of 10. Melanie knows what she is doing, and she give wise advice on whether or not to ask the seller for certain things, but at the same time will ask the seller for something crazy if the buyer(me) really wants it. She is awesome. 100 out of 10. They referred me to the right person. Thank you so much Melanie, and I will contact you when I purchase a another property.
