Buyer reviewWe referred to Melanie Fox by our agent who had left on vacation. She immediately contacted us and wanted to understand all of needs and desires for a home purchase. She complied a detailed list of prospective properties and set up seven showings for the very next day. In each property, she took the time ask our pros and cons to better hone in on exactly what features we were looking for. By the end of the day, we decided to make an offer on a property. Melanie patiently advised us on how much to offer and the reasons why. I truly believe it was her astute advise as the reason our offer was excepted. She expertly negotiated the contract details and advocated on our behalf. Every step of the way, she was prompt and detailed. She always responded quickly, was kind and courteous, and meticulously detailed. I would Melanie Fox my highest recommendation. An exceptional person and an exceptional and professional real estate agent!
