I could write an entire novel about how Melanie handled our transaction. On several occasions I described her as "a force of nature". She was on top of every single aspect of our purchase. She was proactive, perfectly professional and incredibly organized. We were first-time home buyers and we absolutely felt that we had a true champion in our corner throughout the entire process. She kept us constantly up-to-date on every step and kept on top of the lenders, inspectors, title company etc, to make sure our transaction went as smoothly as possible. There was never a moment during the entire process where I wasn't just amazed by Melanie. I think she gets an entire days worth of work done before the average person wakes up. She always made us feel like a priority. The seller was somewhat difficult to work with and gave a very hard time to the agents and title company. I couldn't have been more pleased with how Melanie handled that challenging situation. I was proud she was the one representing us and she never let her positive, professional demeanor be affected by negativity. Melanie Fox is an incredible asset to Century 21 Alliance Realty. We will always use her for future real estate needs, and not just recommend her to anyone needing an agent, but talk their ear off about how wonderful she was and how we credit her for our incredibly positive home buying experience. Melanie viewed and sent pictures of properties for us as we live out of area. We trusted her judgement and purchased our property with are only viewing 1 hour prior to closing.
