When we chose to start looking into a house to buy my girlfriend got on the Realtor app, we happened to stumble upon a house we wanted to view so she got assigned Melanie through that app to contact us about setting up a viewing and helping us start the house hunting experience. When we spoke to her on the phone we got a great vibe from her and when we met her in person for the first viewing we set up it was such an amazing experience. We all clicked so well and she understood and listened to us on all our concerns and wants in a house. She was there through every little concern, issue that arose or even any and all questions we had concerning new houses to view or any house we wanted to view again to get another feel of it. She was on top of any issues or questions asked from us and if she didn't know the answer she told us that and she got in contact with someone who knew the answer and we got an answer back from her within 24 hours of us asking said question. Was always highly on top of things for us and that made us stay with her and it was an easy and comfortable choice we made and would 1,000% make the same choice to have Melanie again! Melanie was very polite and has a fun outgoing personality from the moment you meet her. She was always right on top of things even if she was at home and we texted a question she either texted back or called us in a timely manner on top of taking care of her family! She got back to us ASAP and if she couldn't that moment she let us know a time frame she would call us back, usually within an hour or so. Stayed on top of any questions and made us feel like family with her spunky and fun attitude! Loved every time we spoke to her. She went above and beyond in our opinions with how well she took care of us! She knew most of the time what we would say to the other realtor when they countered and still kept us in the loop 100%. She made sure of every detail before countering back offers for us to ensure it was exactly how we wanted it. Overall, we would highly recommend her to anyone! You can absolutely tell she puts her hard work and dedication into her work and IT SHOWS!! Her passion for this work truly shows and makes a huge impact on how her jobs get done and if anyone meets her they would say the same! Can't wait to recommend her to our friends and family looking for a house!
