Hello! Thank you for checking out my corner of the internet! My name is Melanie Perraglia and I'm a licensed real estate sales associate with Century 21 Full Service Realty, serving Rockland & Orange counties in New York and Bergen county in New Jersey.
Before choosing real estate, I spent over a decade as a public relations executive, handling PR for major national brands. I leverage my years of brand building and client service to help drive a real estate transaction that is tech-savvy, organized and yields the best possible outcomes for my clients.
I partner with my clients and walk with them through what can be a challenging and stressful experience. I've been told I make a complicated process "so seamless" and that's the best compliment I can receive.

Buyer reviewMelanie Perraglia was a delight to work with. I'm a spreadsheet person and she worked with me adding comments to my file which helped narrow the list. We spent 2 days looking at homes mapped and scheduled. Once we chose a home she helped schedule the inspection, attended with us, was present for us for a septic inspection (we were back in NC) and kept us in the loop with what was found. She also provided recommendations for service providers in the area and stayed in contact the entire buying process and beyond. She followed up after we moved in to make sure all was well. Where she really shined was helping us with the mortgage. The person we dealt with was excruciatingly slow, amongst other issues, so she contacted a supervisor at the bank that got things back on track. Melanie is extremely personable and took a genuine interest in us and our family. She really became as much a friend that cared as well as a professional realtor. We could not recommend a better realtor!
