Melanie was very helpful in providing us information on the house and location of the house. We were purchasing from out of state and she was willing to go to the house and do videos and even video called us from the house before closing so we can walk through the house in real time. If we ever wanted to purchase another home in the area we'd definitely contact her first.

Melanie's knowledge of the area was very helpful in locating properties to look at. She knew the best approach when it was time to submit the contract/offer when the property had multiple offers.
