My career was launched in 2005 on the beautiful Outer Banks NC, relocating back to roots of Hampton Roads VA in 2014. I am knowledgeable of Hampton Roads and Eastern NC, licensed in both states. In addition to home sales I am also an instructor of Pre Licensing Real Estate course for Churchland Academy of Real Estate, CARE.

I take the pressure off of you so that you can make clear and concise decisions, representing my clients to the best of my ability, while educating them throughout every step of the process. There were some houses we only spent minutes at and there were a few we spent hours at, she never rushed us or complained about driving around and walking in and out of a house in just 2 minutes. we new what we wanted and she helped us locate it and close the deal and we thank her very much. Melinda worked around my crazy schedule and was never short with houses to see, we search 2 states and 6 cities till we found the right house. I will recommend Melinda to all my family, friends and anyone else looking to buy or sell their house.

We had a difficult time finding something as we were out of town and trying to look from New York to Virginia. She was always patient and caring. She knows what to do to get things done. She's a very special person and we enjoyed working with her immensely. We are going to miss her very much as she was always ready with a joke or a funny story! You can't go wrong hiring Melinda.
