My career was launched in 2005 on the beautiful Outer Banks NC, relocating back to roots of Hampton Roads VA in 2014. I am knowledgeable of Hampton Roads and Eastern NC, licensed in both states. In addition to home sales I am also an instructor of Pre Licensing Real Estate course for Churchland Academy of Real Estate, CARE.

Seller reviewMelinda Baldwin was referred by my property manager (we have not lived there since 2005). At the risk of sounding cliche, she went above and beyond to ensure we sold our house at the price she quoted to me at the outset. She took a personal interest in several HOA discrepancies that she personally took on and solved by hiring sub-contractors so the sale would reap us maximum profit. She also contacted a previous contractor and got some of my money refunded due to a sub-par power wash done by them. I'm not convinced many realtors out there would color outside the box like she did to assist us. She releived the stress of buying a house in Bristol while we still had a mortgage there with no tenants. I will strongly recommend her to any military friends/acquaintances who relocate to the Hampton Roads area.
