Seller reviewSince I do not live in the area and had no knowledge of selling a manufactured home, Melissa educated me and several of the prospective purchasers to enable them to purchase. She had to help me with different service people when things went wrong, she gave me referrals I was happy with, she cleaned up the last items which were inadvertently left in the house, she had her father in law try to fix a lawn mower so I could get it out of the the garage. She went over and beyond on helping me.
