Buyer reviewOur home search began before we moved back to the Northern Virginia area. Melissa Comi helped us locate houses, but also suggested some rental properties in case we wanted more time to pick a house. A year after renting, Melissa helped us explore neighborhoods in Fairfax and Loudoun, and always found time to show us a property we liked. We trusted her advice regarding the housing market and she talked us out of overpaying a couple times. Ultimately, we found a house that was perfect for our family. We were probably not the easiest to deal with, but Melissa was extremely patient and kept us moving the right direction. I couldn't recommend a better realtor in Northern Virginia.

Buyer reviewMelissa came highly recommended and she more than lived up to the recommendation. She is very responsive, knows her market, handled a problem that came up effectively and to my satisfaction. The main issue was with the windows. The spring could not keep the windows open. Melissa stayed on top of the other agent's attempts in trying to get a fix. In the end no fix could be obtained and Melissa negotiated fair compensation for new windows. And more important, even though settlement was delayed because of this problem with changes to the settlement papers, Melissa was able to get my closing finalized by the end of the year. She also stayed on top of the other agent in getting the electric fireplace fixed to my satisfaction. It was not working and, although the other agent said it had been repaired, it still did not work. In the end, after Melissa spoke with the other agent, the seller agreed to put in a new unit. This is the seventh property I have bought and those respective agents were very good, but I would say Melissa was the best I have used. I would use her again and certainly would recommend her to others.
