Melissa and Grace are a dynamic duo that bring both energy and knowledge to their full time business as Realtors. This mother and daughter team have over 20 years of experience in the real estate market on the Kenai Peninsula. Their family homesteaded on the Kenai Peninsula in the early 60's and have lived on the peninsula ever since. Melissa and Grace are active in their community and are involved (current and past) with Red Cross, Kenai Peninsula Association of Realtors, Sterling Community Center, Cook Inlet Citizens Advisory Board, Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly, Soldotna Little League, and Alaska Human Rights Commission. The first house I looked at my vehicle got stuck in the snow and she didn't hesitate to help me get me out of the snow. She actually got on the ground and was shoveling snow out from under my car!! I knew right then and there I was going to hire her!! She is very knowledgeable, kind, and protective of her clients. She brought my anxiety down when I couldn't find the right house. She went above and beyond to help me! She is beyond AWESOME! I will only use her and only refer her to anyone. I moved from IN and had only used one agent with Century 21 over a 19 year period of time. Once again Century 21 has come through for me and my family. Thank you Melissa for everything!
