Melissa and Grace are a dynamic duo that bring both energy and knowledge to their full time business as Realtors. This mother and daughter team have over 20 years of experience in the real estate market on the Kenai Peninsula. Their family homesteaded on the Kenai Peninsula in the early 60's and have lived on the peninsula ever since. Melissa and Grace are active in their community and are involved (current and past) with Red Cross, Kenai Peninsula Association of Realtors, Sterling Community Center, Cook Inlet Citizens Advisory Board, Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly, Soldotna Little League, and Alaska Human Rights Commission. Buyer reviewMelissa went above and beyond for us. We moved from out of state and had a limited last second time window to see homes in person. Melissa made it happen. She got us multiple showings with little notice. When she was busy she had a member of her team help out. Once we found our home we had to do everything from out of state. Melissa was very thorough and did multiple walk throughs via facetime for us. She also recommended a great local mortgage company that pulled off our home sale in the timeframe we needed it in.

Buyer reviewMelissa was a god send for my first time home buying. She was aware of the limitations of the type of loan program I had, and also had the excitement of a first time home buyer! She navigated an insanely competitive buying market with a calm manner and was upfront when another of her clients wanted the same home that I did. She never gave up or had a negative response as the home I put an offer on took forEVER to close, and she often encouraged me when it felt like it was just hoops on top of hoops to jump through thanks to the loan program. Melissa is friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable, chill, and just an all around great person to work with. I could not recommend her highly enough!

She (and her office staff) were very helpful in getting us paperwork that we needed in a timely manner and she went above and beyond for us with the house showings. Even though they were done via video chat, she covered all the ins and outs of the properties we looked at. We found Melissa via Zillow but we're glad we did!
