Melissa and Grace are a dynamic duo that bring both energy and knowledge to their full time business as Realtors. This mother and daughter team have over 20 years of experience in the real estate market on the Kenai Peninsula. Their family homesteaded on the Kenai Peninsula in the early 60's and have lived on the peninsula ever since. Melissa and Grace are active in their community and are involved (current and past) with Red Cross, Kenai Peninsula Association of Realtors, Sterling Community Center, Cook Inlet Citizens Advisory Board, Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly, Soldotna Little League, and Alaska Human Rights Commission. Buyer reviewWe worked long distance with Melissa. She was great. she hung in with us even though it took a year and a half. It was not her falt, our house in Colorado took a year to sell. But she hung in there with us. Found us the perfect piece of property. It took a few months to close. We had a few problems that came up with the property but in the end it was just perfect. I would recomend Melissa to all of my friends and fasmily. Pluse we found a life long friend in the process.
