Seller reviewMelissa Flint found us via a cold call and normally I would not have responded but the was something about her upbeat attitude that made me put aside my reservations. After a couple of years on and off the market with our "unique" property, we decided to get serious and Melissa was there to guide us through and finally get the sale processed. She was always available for questions following up with other vendors and actors in the sale. She has always gone above and beyond for us and has become a friend in the process. She is very professional and I do highly recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

Buyer reviewMelissa's attention to detail and being able to thoroughly vet properties was phenomenal. She saved us all so many headaches through the (unusually) long process. She was here for our family and not only the money, that was apparent. We have zero complaints with the whole experience except how long it took for us to settle on a home. (Not Melissa's fault! She was nothing but patient and dedicated to finding us a home!) I cannot think of all the ways to explain how wonderful of a person Melissa is. She's an absolute rockstar at her job. If she doesn't know, she finds out. She is great at breaking things down and explaining information in a way that was easy to understand. It was such a relief to work with her while finding and going through the process of purchasing our first home. Century 21 is lucky to have her!
