As a daughter of an NCO and a wife of a US Air Force officer, I recognize the value of service and the unique challenges faced during a move. I know what it is like to move to a new place and establish a new home for yourself and your family. I hold degrees in History and Geography from the University of Texas at San Antonio and have called Texas home for the majority of my life. Since 2003 my family has called North Fort Worth/Keller area home. I have also personally leased, bought, and sold six homes over the years and recognize how daunting that process is for all involved. She utilized her subject expertise in staging the house and helped me depersonalize it to make it more buyer friendly. Melissa was even there for me and responsive during her vacation. Entire team that I worked with was outstanding! Melissa went above and beyond in the selling of my home. She provided reviews for me to look at when choosing an agent and encouraged me to interview other agents as well. She did a thorough inspection of the property before deciding on a fair market value. She helped us to stage the house so that it would show very well. She was always available for questions and advice and answered extremely quickly. She was helpful in negotiating with the buyer's agent whenever necessary. She went over all offers with us and helped us decide on the best one to choose. I have no complaints or anything bad to say about her or the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone with no hesitation and in fact did refer her to a friend while we were in the process of selling.
