Melissa Hardy of CENTURY 21 Middleton

I recently had the pleasure of working with Melissa Hardy of the Middleton Realtor Group when looking for a house. From the very first day of meeting, Melissa was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. I made searches in Zillow, Realtor.com and inquired to previous real estate agent to be shown the home with hopes they could find the time. With Melissa, she would response quickly and scheduled showings within one day. I was very picky when it came to finding my home, but Melissa Hardy is incredibly personable, and exceptionally good at her job and I felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly a friend now. To someone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than a quick a "sell" and commission. All throughout the negotiations and closing Melissa was available handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!
