Buyer reviewI was introduced to Melissa Leister by a family member. I continued working with her since her first impressions were so professional. Fast response and flexible schedule stood out the most. Melissa always pointed out positive things in properties like new windows and included appliances. She also made the negatives of a property positive by describing how things could be done in certain ways to save extra hassle. The property that she sold to us was 100% because of her. We both understood that in the current market that you have to act fast and she helped us do that. She explained how to make a very good looking offer. After seeing the other offers I felt like someone else could have failed me in simply how the offer was written. I would definitely recommend her and I will be having her list the property when it is time to sell!!

Melissa knew we needed to move to the area as soon as possible, and we knew she would get the job done! She was thorough in helping us view the house on numerous occasions, understanding, and addressed all of our concerns. She also advised us on the process and was great with communicating between us and the selling agent. I would absolutely recommend Melissa to anyone wanting to purchase or sell their home!
