After having an absolutely amazing experience with her the first time, I did not even consider using another agent when selling and buying a new home. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as always available. She was patient with all my questions, which reduced so much of the stress around selling/buying a home. Something that always stands out to me with Melissa is how quick she is to address any part of the process whether it be seeing a house, completing paperwork, making phone calls, etc. I always felt like her number one priority. I would (and do) recommend Melissa Mayther to anyone and everyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Buyer reviewI feel Melissa did a great job at helping me get a house. There were time that I didn't think that I would find a house for me and I was starting to settle. Melissa helped me to not lose hope. I did cause her a little extra work, but Melissa kept trying. When I found the house that I wanted, Melissa was helpful with directing to what I needed to do next. She was able to get most of the information( that was available) to the questions that I had and answered all of my concerns. I think whoever have the opportunity to work with Melissa will be very happy with the job that she does.

She was patient with any questions we had, and kept in constant contact to ensure we understood everything. She also maximized our potential to understand a little bit more of what we wanted, the process in buying a house and providing contacts for inspectors that were great. Overall it's my belief Melissa was and still is stellar at her job and deserves a pay raise :) Keep being awesome Melissa!!
