Buyer reviewWe had such a great experience working with Melissa Murdock. She was very consistent and stayed in touch during our year long search for the right house. She is very knowledge and very easy to talk to. We loved knowing that Melissa had our best interest at heart and was very patient throughout he entire process. Melissa was always right on top of things and did things in such a timely manner. We will definitely recommend Melissa to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house!

Buyer reviewI would say that Melissa was patience was higher than the excellent rating I gave her. She saw so many homes for us and dealt with us long distance...and stayed with us for many months, then even helped my Mom purchase a property (sight unseen) near us, which is a perfect fit. She is the best! Melissa was honest and open about the purchase of our home, and did what she needed to do to protect both our needs and those of the seller. We visited the area 2 months before we put our home on the market, but fell in love with the Winewood property. I am so happy that the sale went through even with such a long timeframe for the sellers. We are so happy with our new home. It is truly a dream home, and each day we live in the home we find more and more to be thankful for. Melissa knew what we needed and helped us make this decision.

She handled every detail and went out of her way to accomplish some parts of the process. Since this was our first time buying a home, having a such a great experience made such an impact on how we view the process. We were incredibly pleased from the first point of contact to the day we closed on our home. We even ended up buying the very first house Melissa showed us!
