Seller reviewMelvina was wonderful! She sold our house in one day! I could tell quickly that Melvina has a lot of experience in this area. When we first met about the house, she spoke easily and in detail about a lot of other sales in this area. From the start I appreciated her upbeat, positive attitude. Little did I know that would translate into an extremely beneficial behavior- she took every issue as a challenge to be overcome. She located and worked with the inspectors and repair people, this kept me from being dragged away from work to meet people. Melvina was very conscientious about managing costs. She did not suggest or order extra inspections. When the inspections found need for repairs, she didn't just accept the first estimate. She found tradespeople to do the work and arranged a better price. What I appreciate most about Melvina is that she sincerely is a kind and dear person. We shared a little about our backgrounds and I appreciate her honesty and values.

This resulted in reducing the total number of properties visited, thus the amount of time spent visiting listings, before coming to decision. The fact Melvina guided us to several homes meeting our needs/requirements, made the entire purchase process much more agreeable.
