Buyer reviewMercedes Davidson helped us navigate a truly difficult transaction with a FSBO seller. It was a dream house on the water that required a negotiated easement and ended up becoming very difficult to close. Throughout the process Mercedes did an excellent job communicating with us and advocating for us with the sellers. She was so professional and responsive the entire time - which ended up being over 4 months to the final closing! I relied on her excellent advice and valued her knowledge of the northern MI market. I can't recommend Mercedes enough given how well she handled such a complex and transaction for us.
