Mercedes always made sure we were comfortable with anything we put an offer on and was never pushy to rush us into something we did not like. She stood by us every step of the way, reassured us when we were discouraged with the market, vocalized that she would be there until the end (She was!). Mercedes told us that in the end, we will find the place we call home (She was right and the wait was worth it). Mercedes is very easy to talk to and get ahold of morning, noon or night. She made us feel like we had total control, that we were never a burden and she helped negotiate price and talk us through every option. We could interview 1000 agents and not find one better than Mercedes! I recommend her to all of my friends and family.
