Mercedes made selling easy as she gave good advice beforehand on things we should do to make home look its best Mercedes took care of everything and kept us up to date every step of the way. We really appreciate all she did. We recommended Mercedes to our family member who was selling her home the same time as we were. She went to another company, do not know why, but it has been a nightmare. We were so fortunate to have your company, and Mercedes especially. We will call Mercedes when we sell our next house there.

I met Mercedes Davidson when I stopped by an open house, two years ago. She was extremely helpful and understood that I was just beginning my quest to find a home. Over the next couple of years, she sent me updates on properties that might interest me, still knowing that I might not be ready to make a purchase. It was that feeling of building a long-term partnership in my home search, as well as her great knowledge of the region's real estate market, that made all the difference in my selecting her as a broker. There was never a moment of pressure, or feeling of, "Hey! You should get moving with this!" I just really appreciated the occasional checking in and heads up as soon as properties meeting my criteria, came on, new to the market. When a home that interested me did appear recently, she responded quickly and was able to have us on the property, within hours. She immediately established communications with the seller's agent and we were able to come to an agreement. I'm certain that both her expertise and quick response made all the difference in my being able to purchase the home, especially in a market where rapid responses are so important. Every aspect of the actual purchase was as smooth as I can possibly imagine. Especially reassuring, was her ongoing communication with the bank, home inspectors, title company and sellers, through their agent. The lines of communication were totally open and all of my questions received immediate responses. As a major life event, where stress seems almost built into the home buying process, for me, there was virtually none and that's because of the way Mercedes handled every aspect of the sale. Everything was calm, organized and on schedule. It couldn't have been a more positive experience. She made the purchase a textbook example of, 'how this is all supposed to work!' Mercedes Davidson is a total professional, a wonderful and fun person and I totally recommend (suggest!) that anyone hoping find a home in our region be in touch with her! She was wonderful. Mercedes Davidson was patient with me and my partner, which is not an easy task. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions and she never made me feel like I was asking a "dumb" question. She kept me informed and up to date on all that was happening with the house. She also supported my decisions even when they weren't what she would have recommended.
