From underdanding my needs and budget and finding the perfect home that fit within those needs to making/accepting the offer, findind a great inspector, working closely with my lender, all the way thru closing. I could tell she really cared. I couldn't have picked a better agent to work with, and I will ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Buyer reviewMercedes was definitely challenged by trying to find a home for sale that was in my price point 100-130k. Homes in this price point are extremely hard to find right now and when they hit the market they go fast. Mercedes was very prompt in bringing these potential homes to my attention , arranging a showing and making me aware of all the property details. I really felt Mercedes had my best interests in mind. We looked at at least six properties that I could potentially afford and she always gave me her honest opinion as to weather a purchase would be a disaster or a success. As we looked at home after home, I really became reassured that I could trust her opinion. I never felt like she was just trying to make a sale. Mercedes Davidson possesses all the nessecery skills to provide her clients with a top notch home buying experience. I would go out of my way to recommend her to someone who was thinking of buying a home. If I'm ever in a situation where I'm looking to buy again, I wouldn't work with anyone else. In a nutshell Mercedes Davidson is amazing!!
