Buyer reviewMercedes was very helpful with our purchase of our condo. We did this purchase completely remote. She took the time to do a video walk-through of the property and send us the videos. She also scheduled a property inspector for us that allowed us to have greater confidence in proceeding with the purchase even though we never saw the property first-hand. When we start looking for our next rental property, Mercedes will be the first person we call.
