Buyer reviewMeredith is an exceptional realtor. Meredith was with us on the purchase of a new build for 15 months. NCCI builders are completely inept in communicating with Meredith and ourselves. Meredith persisted with trying to communicate with them over this time period. Nothing short of a miracle we were able to close on the house. Definitely a long arduous process for Meredith and ourselves. Meredith has always been most pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend her. Meredith is a high performance person. She has great drive to make things right. Dealing with the builder and their representatives was most difficult through the entire process; lack of communication from the builder and representatives caused a few major issues, with Meredith taking the lead to problem solve and obtain solutions. Also, Meredith is a very upbeat person, a great personality makes life for others so much easier during stressful situations.
