Buyer reviewWe really lucked out when we walked into the Century21 office and were greeted by Meredith Morse. At our first visit at the office, we were looking for a rental, because we did not yet know if New Bern would be our new place to live. Even without the prospect of a commission, Meredith arranged for us to see a couple of places and got us the information we needed to secure a rental house. New Bern didn't take long to convince us to stay, and we had no doubt that Meredith should be the one to help us again, this time to search for a house to buy. From beginning to end, it has been such a pleasure to work with Meredith. We had full trust in her professional and competent guidance - which was all done with a smile. We do not plan to need a realtor for a long time, but if something changes, we know who to call - just like we know who to recommend to others. Thank you, Meredith!

I immediately felt the business connection with her. she is the greatest. excellent performance. was always very patient with us. she was always there for us she was excellent. would recommend her to everyone. highly recommend her. established a close relationship with her. she always knew what we needed. she already knew we would love our new home while in office everyone was very professional and very friendly. felt very comfortable there Meredith is the kindest young lady I have ever met. I will be getting up with her soon to invite her and her family over for dinner shortly. I plan to always be friends with her. that is just how much I love her.

Buyer reviewI cannot express enough my utmost respect and gratitude for the performance of Ms. Morse in the handling my purchase of this property. I live 5 hours away from the subject property, but she accommodated my scheduling on weekends, especially for last minute changes, and at numerous other times for inspections, etc. She was tremendously helpful during the entire process. She maintained constant communication throughout the process and assisted with the mortgage process for any questions or issues for which I was unfamiliar. The mortgage processor and his associates were quite pleased with her timely and knowledgeable assistance, as well. She made this process so much more pleasant, and "painless", especially as I had to do most of it remotely. I love the property and look forward to many happy years there. I will surely recommend Ms. Morse at any opportunity that may arise.
