I can not think of one thing that you could improve on, You truly went out of your way to help me and Drew purchase our first home. We have waited for this day for a long time and with the help of you made it all possible. You turned a stressful situation into a easy one. You constantly updated us on our contract and explained everything to us with out any problems. If you didn't know the answer to my question you would find out and get back to me the same day! You were extremely reliable and convenient for me to contact. Any time we wanted to look at any property you had no problem driving over the bridge to accommodate us. When you were on vacation shortly after we started the home buying process it still did not inconvenience us at all. There was a property we wanted to see and you had your father show the home to us (which to me was incredible customer service) and when you sent over documents for us to sign electronically for us to make an offer on a property FROM ITALY my mind was blown. Your customer service, professionalism, and loyalty to your customers are exceptional. I can not say thank you to you enough for all you have done for my family. My husband and I initially chose Century 21 because they were the listing agent and local to the neighborhood, however, when my husband and I met Michael Giangiordano when he showed us the property we were extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He seemed to be genuinely interested in our needs and interest in the property. Nothing ever seemed like it was too much for Michael and he always went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. He brought new meaning to attention to detail in every aspect from the purchase to the closing. He also went a step above and set up appointments for people to come out and give estimates for electrical and roofing work. Michael's professionalism and timely communications far exceeded any other agent that we have dealt with in the past and we would absolutely use him for any future real estate transactions, as well as recommend him to friends and family.
