With over 16 years of experience, I can help you. I started my real estate career 16 years ago, selling new construction homes to first time home buyers. After several years, I transitioned into the custom home market and then worked in property management for seven years. While working in property management, I specialized in working with people transitioning from one place to another including: traveling nurses, doctors, engineers and military families. As a Realtor, I have continued my passion of working with military members and will continue to serve members and all of my clients with loyalty, honesty and integrity. In addition to marketing and selling homes, one of my specialties is new construction. I am there from start to finish and an advocate for my clients during the whole building process. I also enjoy working with first time buyers and walking them through the entire home buying process step by step. Buyer reviewMichael Botkin was very knowledgeable about the area my wife and I were interested in. He paired that with our budget, our wants, and needs, and found us several homes of interest to see. He was really in tune to what we were looking for and managing our expectations. Michael checked in with us every step of the way to ensure that all of our questions were answered and we were comfortable with our decision, as well as the buying process. Buyer reviewMichael is the benchmark that other agents should strive to reach. He spent many hours showing us houses via Facetime while we were in California. Once we narrowed down our search, he patiently went back to the homes and reshowed us the properties acting as our eyes, ears and nose for finding the right house, at the right price, in the right neighborhood. Michael looked after our interests throughout the search, negotiations and the during the closing process. We are thrilled with the house that he found for us, but we have since decided to extend our budget and move to a new build, closer to Carmel High School. Michael is providing us invaluable guidance and support while we rely on Fischer Homes to build us the "home of our dreams", which is a highly modified Stanton model within walking distance to the Village of WestClay. We have found that Michael is knowledgeable with resales, new builds and rentals and he has an extensive background in the real estate industry, which has provided us a comprehensive background on the local market and of course, introductions to some of his many friends in the industry. We plan to use Michael for all our future real estate needs and could not recommend him enough to anyone that is looking to purchase or sell a home.

Buyer reviewMichael was hands down the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. We recently purchased a home from out of state, sight on seen and could not be happier. Michael was our eyes and sometime nose for patiently showing us homes via Facetime while we were three time zones away. He was thorough, polite and extremely knowledgeable. His communication was impeccable and he was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire buying experience. My wife and I could not recommend him enough. He has certainly raised the buyer for our agent selling our house in California.
