After 22 years working as a CNC Machinist/Foreman, Mike Findle retired from the manufacturing industry to pursue his dream of becoming a Realtor. In his first year, 2019, he was awarded "Rookie of the Year". In 2020 he achieved the Silver Award for sales production. In 2021, he achieved the Gold Award for sales production in addition to the Quality Service Award. And in 2022 he achieved the Platinum Award and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for outstanding customer service for two consecutive years. In 2023, Mike achieved the Masters Ruby and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards and was named a PA Top 20 Producer. He accomplished all of this in 2023 while also acquiring his Associate Broker License to continue educating himself on the Real Estate industry and invest in his knowledge to better service his clients. I chose Mike Findle because when he returned my call, he provided me with all of the information I needed to make a selection of a realtor. He was attentive, professional, reliable and communicative, among many other qualities. He was responsive to all of my requests to make changes or update information, whether it was the online pictures, realignment of the "For Sale" signs leading to the property, social media postings, print advertising, just to name a few, He provided the expertise that was needed to move the sale forward and always took into consideration my requests and needs and always followed through in a timely manner. His communicative skills and timely responses were paramount during the sales process, which were critically important to me and will be to anyone that works with him. I was made aware every step of the way as to what was happening, and he went above and beyond in ensuring this sales process was a success, regardless of any obstacle or issues that arose. That is the mark of a professional realtor.

Mike was always professional, a great communicator and kept me up to date at every turn...and there were many turns! Can't say enough good things about Mike Findle. Your Realty company is lucky to have him. Quite a long process for this sale. None of it was Mike's fault. The lender was out of state and many hoops to jump through Mike was excellent all around
