Seller reviewMichael has been wonderful to us since 2018. From the purchase of our home, purchase of land, selling of home, selling of land and purchase of lot for new built home. He is very patient, his memory is the best abs his response time is impeccable. He represents us as clients from start to finish. Michael is able to predict our needs from listening during conversations. He has our permission to make decisions and execute on our behalf. We will use Michael for all future real estate ventures and recommend him to anyone that will listen. The title company was very professional and timely with all administrative tasks.

Buyer reviewWe really do appreciate all the hard work, the time spent looking out properties, and taking time on the weekends to show us properties. He showed us properties from Downtown Dallas to Midlothian on his weekends and did it with a smile. He made sure that the property we purchased was well arranged and everything was documented correctly. He earned our trust from the moment we saw him looking at foundation issues in the first house. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy property in Dallas. I know he will really take good care of them.

Buyer reviewIf Michael were a car salesman, I'll buy a new car every six month… I buy cars once in 3 years and dread my visit to the car dealership. Moving from out of state (New Jersey) to Texas could be challenging especially in a hot market like we have in 2021; but working with Michael took almost all the fear away!

Seller reviewMichael Gerken was well inform of the local market. He was very understanding of my needs and requirements and all the challenges I would face with the sell of my house as I was PCSing to Europe. He assisted in locating contractors to help with some repairs I wanted done before I sold my house. He was in constant communication no matter what time of the day or night it was. When face with some obstacles of travel and final closing of my house he helped to solve that problem as well so that my house could continue to close while I was transitioning to a new location. He helped to reduce my stress levels as I'm not an expert with all the process. He took the time to explain the details every step of the way and letting me know what my options were so that I could make inform decisions I felt comfortable with.
