Seller reviewI really appreciate the services provided my Michael. Even though my first offer had several challenges from the prospective buyer (and agent) that Michael had never experienced, he was not shy to ask as many people as necessary in order to protect not only his client (me) but the Century 21 company as a whole. Unfortunately, that offer "fell through" but his was ON TOP of everything having some backup offers waiting. The second offer was a better offer and the transaction went smoothly. I appreciated the fact that he was extremely prompt in corresponding with me either via email, phone or text message. He took every avenue to ensure that I was well informed during the process. Even before our transaction was complete, I recommended Michael to a friend who was trying to sell his home and I would recommend him again to anyone attempting to sell their property. He gauged the selling price perfectly at market value and was extremely knowledgeable in his field. I thank him for everything that he has done for me and my family.
