Seller reviewMichael J. Hines (Mike) has sold 2 properties for me. He had contracts on both in less than 2 weeks. He got above the appraised value on one and the appraised value on the other. One can not ask for more than that. Mike kept in constant contact with me and was at the closing on both deals. I do this relatively regularly and I have never met a better, more informed real estate agent. Ask for Mike by name. You will not be disappointed.

He faithfully sent me the newest sales information, answered all my phone calls/emails and kept me aware of MH trends. When finding a MH which we liked, made an offer, then driving to Florida and meeting him for the first time was like meeting a good friend.
