Seller reviewHe was recommend to me by a family member who is very fair but demanding. Mike Hoffman was the perfect agent for me. I never sold a house before so i had many questions and was being a curious person. His patience was beyond admirable. He came and locked at the property and told me what needed to be done to bring more money for the property.I I took his advice and got the work done. It paid for itself many times over. After the buyer inspection he helped line up a contractors to fulfill the buyers request before closing. Mike always answered every phone call I made and returned text within minutes. Don't know how he does it. He made me feel like I was his only client. I don't plan on getting into the real estate business but if I do need to buy/sell another property I know who I am going to contact. My property sold for well over asking price as he predicted.

Buyer reviewMike was highly professional the entire time and made sure my wife and I were taken care of by explaining everything we didn't know (which was a lot). Mike was a pleasure to work with and it was greatly appreciated that he was willing to work with us outside of his immediate sales area. His knowledge and eye for detail showed me a lot of what I needed to know being a first time home buyer. I would recommend him to anyone who is in search of a new home.

We intended to interview 2 agents but was so impressed with Mike's knowledge we felt confident he was the right choice and did not have to interview with anyone else. Mike was from the onset completely professional and knowledgeable about the market. During a difficult time for my family Mike was always there to answer questions for our family which was alot. He was always prompt with appointments and informative to our family on everything to help make the sale go smoothly. Mike was able to sell the house in 1 day with multiple offers which we were amazed with. Thanks to Mike who made everything go smooth.

It is hard to find someone with Mike's work ethics and that goes a long way with me. I used Mike to sell and buy my new home. My home was sold in 4 days!!! Mike then went on this journey to assist in finding the perfect home for my family and I. Without Mike none of this would have been possible. If every realtor were more like Michael Hoffman you wouldn't hear the horror stories. When looking to buy your home it should be worry free and exciting and if I ever want to sell or buy another home, Michael Hoffman is who I choose. Century 21 Reilly Realtors employees made everything so easy. They are professional and polite. Even with this Covid pandemic everything was handled in a timely manner.
