Averaging a home sold every 10 days for the last 25 years!

I've lived in Berks County all my life. My long-term residency in the area has given me the experience and background of Berks County. I can find my way around just about anywhere, and if I were to get lost, it wouldn't take long for me to get my bearings. The kid in me shows himself occasionally. I love the outdoors (motorcycles, hunting, fishing, boating & sports). I spent many years coaching youth soccer, baseball, and wrestling. I love the beach and try to vacation there once a year.

I reside in the Bernville area with my wife Lorie and our son Alex. I chose this profession because it is the perfect fit for me. Those who know me joke about how I'm "the definition of a people person." It is not just my communication skills that make me good at my job, but the rewarding feeling I receive by knowing I truly helped someone achieve his or her real estate needs. Working in the real estate business for the past 25 years has never been boring. I learn more about it every day. The more I learn, the more I love what I do and the better I can help my clients!

I am a past board member, including former Secretary, at the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors® (RBAR). I formally held the position as a new agent coordinator for 3 years with Century 21 Call First (now Century 21 Gold). I am always willing to answer any questions new agents may have about the business and give some ideas or opinions on what the best approach to real estate could be.

Micheal was on top of getting and helping me with what i needed to do to get my house on market as soon as he could . And if we needed to do anything to help it sale better Mike was the only one that i wanted to make it happen he is a star in my book he was very awesome . Thank you so much Mike for letting it happen so quickly If i know of anyone that wants to sale there house i would give them Mike's number or if they are looking for a home he is the best person!!!! If you are looking for an agent, then stop right now! Mike Klonis should be your only choice. His constant communication, wealth of local knowledge, and straight forward honest nature sets him apart from others. Mike will get you where you need to be in both the sale and purchase of homes. He works extremely hard for his clients and is more than flexible to make his schedule work for you too. I would never use another agent other than Mike. I know that when I work with him, he will provide the services expected and beyond.

Michael listened intently to what I needed with regards to relocating, type of housing, price range and as to where I was going. He helped me with a contingent offer with regards to selling my home in order to purchase another home based on my budget. I was very impressed with his plethora of knowledge and quick response when I would call, text or email him. He walked me through the entire process and answered all questions I had. I was impressed with the walk through process and how he would point things out that I would overlook with regards to imperfections and any potential problems with a property. Michael also assisted me with the negotiation process. He is very professional and personable too. I felt very comfortable working with Michael and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy and/or sell a home. We have used Mike Klonis in the past when we sold our home so it was a no brainer not to use him again. My brothers and I entrusted Mike with the sale of our mothers home and Mike was absolutely honest with us and left us know what we could do to help in the sale of the house as well as what could be expected since the home was over 100 years old. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond for my brothers and I and helping us hit our goal for selling the house.
