Averaging a home sold every 10 days for the last 25 years!

I've lived in Berks County all my life. My long-term residency in the area has given me the experience and background of Berks County. I can find my way around just about anywhere, and if I were to get lost, it wouldn't take long for me to get my bearings. The kid in me shows himself occasionally. I love the outdoors (motorcycles, hunting, fishing, boating & sports). I spent many years coaching youth soccer, baseball, and wrestling. I love the beach and try to vacation there once a year.

I reside in the Bernville area with my wife Lorie and our son Alex. I chose this profession because it is the perfect fit for me. Those who know me joke about how I'm "the definition of a people person." It is not just my communication skills that make me good at my job, but the rewarding feeling I receive by knowing I truly helped someone achieve his or her real estate needs. Working in the real estate business for the past 25 years has never been boring. I learn more about it every day. The more I learn, the more I love what I do and the better I can help my clients!

I am a past board member, including former Secretary, at the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors® (RBAR). I formally held the position as a new agent coordinator for 3 years with Century 21 Call First (now Century 21 Gold). I am always willing to answer any questions new agents may have about the business and give some ideas or opinions on what the best approach to real estate could be.

Michael was able to get us more than what we originally had the house listed for. He was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and presented us with a realistic value for our house. He did his homework before meeting with us the first time. He advertised and set up an appropriate number of open houses.

Mike Klonis was thorough and easy to talk to about process. He always clarified the steps in the process in a way anyone could understand. He always followed through and made sure the process moved forward to our satisfaction. We had some problems with the buyers of our previous residence, and as frustrating as that part was for us, Mike sympathized with how we were feeling, and gave us solid advice and worked tirelessly to get us across the finish line. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike. I highly recommend working with Mike Klonis whether you are buying or selling a house!

We also had conversations and communications with Kristi Rahn and she to was very personable and professional. Mike did an outstanding job representing us all along that the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pointing to us in the right direction as we ran into a few snags along the way. Michael Klonis was referred to us from a friend. We had bad experiences with previous real estate agents from other competing agencies, and we were not satisfied. We were told that Mike was a hard worker, a real "go-getter", and that he had sold our friend's home when others had not, so we decided to call him. Not only was Mike able to sell our home when no one else was, his communication skills are excellent, his marketing skills and tactics are unique/better than any other tactics proposed to us by other real estate agents, and he demonstrates strong work ethics, a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards real estate, and we really enjoy his sincere honesty during the entire selling process. We never had the sensation that Mike was just out to "make a buck", rather we felt that he truly cared about helping us to sell our home. He has gone out of his way to make our selling experience as painless as possible. We never felt he just told us what he felt we wanted to hear. Mike Klonis was constantly looking 2 steps ahead to prepare us for things to come. He is a true asset to Century 21 Gold, and the company should be proud to have him as an agent. I will continue to recommend Michael Klonis to family and friends, as we could not have asked for a better real estate agent.
