Seller reviewThis was the third property Michael Roberson has represent us on, and the most complicated. Being a large parcel within the city limits required creative marketing ideas and skills. Michael's marketing ideas to get property in front of a limited and special class of buyers was excellent. The buyers, an 'LLC', had some twists in the original offer, which Michael skillfully guided us through. Michael knows his profession, he dots the 'I's" and crosses the "T's" without exception. Michael's communication skills are off the chart. Michael made sure we always knew what was happening and what the next steps were. It is an honor to recommend Michael Roberson for any real estate needs you may have.
