Mike Wynn was referred to us by a co-worker of mine who had gone through the home buying process with him the previous year. My wife and I first met with Mike a few months before we were ready for the home buying process and made sure that we were a good fit for each other before embarking on this journey together. My wife and I were looking to purchase a home in Oceanside/Vista/San Marcos area. Mike is very knowledgeable of those areas and was always very helpful. He was able to answer every question we had and if he didn't know the answer, he would find out and get back to us. We started working with Mike in May 2018. Every weekend for the next few months he would take us to tour 4-6 houses that we wanted to see. We put an offer of asking price on house in Vista and the sellers came back asking for 10k more with no other offers on the table. Mike talked though the options with us, gave some advice, and things to consider before making our decision. After a few hours of thinking, and walking through the neighborhood, we decided not to pursue the home. We are SO glad that he gave us advice he did. We ended up finding our dream home a few weeks later. We put an offer our our current house in early July of 2018. There was A LOT of back and forth between the sellers and us over price, fixes per inspection, and items that were on the listing but no longer in the home. Mike went to bat for us every time. He always kept us in the loop on all aspects of the process via regular emails and phone calls. He made the home buying process fun and exciting, even when we would get down or frustrated. We absolutely loved working with Mike. We wouldn't work with anyone else if we go through this process again.

Mike was such a professional and helpful agent who helped us find the perfect condo in Vista. Working with us over the course of several months, he was always patient and showed us many homes until we found the one for us. We were not in the local area so Mike showed us all the homes using video. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and is down to earth.
