A retired Major from the United States Marine Corps. Mike earned his B.A. in Law Enforcement from Glassboro State College. Serving in the military for 20 years. Mike was responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and daily operations for over 2000 Marines. After retiring in 1998, Mike excelled as Area Sales Manager for CompUSA. Sales Training Manager for Pergrine Systems and Director of Sales for United Education Institute. Mike became a full time REALTOR in May of 2005 and is now dedicated to helping his clients in achieving their real estate goals.

Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer and a veteran I'm really glad that I was able to work with Mike Wynn through this process. Mike has years of real-estate experience and was very knowledgable. I also felt a since of relief knowing that I would be working with another veteran through this process. He really got behind me, putting me in contact with the perfect combination of lender's, broker's, and inspectors. He was always available to answer my questions, even at late night hours when I really needed someone to explain what all of the documents I was signing meant. He went out on a limb to contact the HOA management for the property I was interested in, and ask some tough questions regarding their terms and agreements. Mike put me in the right place at the right time, as I was sold on the second home I visited. This tells me that he really understood what I was looking for and what was important to me in a home. Mike Wynn was an excellent representative. I will definitely contact him in the future for my next home purchase, and I'd highly recommend him to others.

Seller reviewWhile selling another property, we found Mike's card he left behind after a showing. My husband knew him from a previous job, and the fact he's a former Marine speaks for itself! The photographer Mike chose was excellent! I'm not just giving hime great scores; he earned them.

His knowledge level is beyond what you could hope for in an agent. From the moment the house was placed on the market to the closing it was less less than 8 weeks and his recommendation on asking price was SPOT ON!! He takes care of you like family and I will always recommend him to friends who are interested in buying in the area!
