A neighbor who is on the local HOA knows Michele. He told me that she was great and had sold a lot of properties in the area. I wanted someone local who knew the area well. Michele is very trustworthy and she communicates immediately about anything whether it is a potential buyer, how many people went through the house, someone called her about the house, etc. Totally professional, answered any questions, make her clients feel at ease. She is awesome and works hard to make a deal happen. She treats your house as if it were hers. She takes special care and strictly follows covid guidelines. Century 21 is lucky to have her as an excellent agent. She helped during my move out of the area with vendors, letting them in, called about any minor detail. She is terrific and I would gladly ask her to be my agent again.
