Seller reviewOur overall experience with Michelle was 5 star. She was professional and very knowledgeable about selling prices and the market in our area. We were concerned about listing our home and showing it, because we have 5 young kids. Michelle worked with us and was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. We went away for a weekend while she listed and held an open house. Thanks to her knowledge and great selling skills, she was able to get our home under contract and at asking price before we even arrived home that weekend. For the rest of the time before closing, she always had great communication, kept us informed throughout the entire process, was able to answer every question, and payed attention to every detail in the closing documents to ensure they were correct. I've heard nightmares about selling a home, but Michelle made it so easy and smooth that it was almost hard to believe. Thank you Michelle for everything!
