Michelle Bouchey began developing her business savvy at the age of 23 when she started her own Hair Salon & Spa. After several successful years of owning and operating her business, she transferred her energy and driven work ethic into Real Estate and has been an entrepreneur for over 34 years. Being a native to the TriCities area, Michelle possesses extensive experience in knowing the local area and maintains longstanding working relationships with many local business owners, builders, and developers. Michelle's sense of humor and patience, along with her polished negotiating skills, makes her clients feel at ease during what can be a nerve-wracking process of buying and selling. Buyer reviewI know Michelle had other clients, but she made me feel like I was the only one she was working for at the time. She always showed up and when she suggested to the selling agent that the house was overpriced, they lowered the price the following day by $10,000. Michelle walked me through every step of this purchase and answered any questions. She also made sure the newly installed water heater was properly permitted from the City of Pasco. In doing so, the installer had quite a bit of work to finish up to get it to properly pass inspection. The inspectors she selected did a very thorough job of looking over the property. Michelle also gave names of roofers and and other contractors she would recommend for work that needed done on the property. I would highly recommend Michelle for anyone looking to purchase some property.

Things weren't quite right for me to buy at that time, but Michelle spent a lot time to help me understand the process and never lost touch with me, always making sure I knew what opportunities were available. When this year came around and the timing was right, Michelle was able to execute a flawless sale and purchase, by finding the right buyers that understood both my desire to sell a house and have it coordinated with the build of another. Seller reviewMichelle Bouchey was very professional in appearance and conduct, but she was also personable and warm and engaging in my life in how she could best help me to make my stress less. She would ALWAYS talk to me whenever I called her and she was just FANTASTIC! My husband had died and I was selling our home without him and I was very nervous and I believe she sensed that and she was kind, tender and gentle and it was sooo helpful to me. I just loved her!!! She was just like a daughter to me. She still is, even though I moved to the Seattle area before the house sold. We've sold 2 other properties in our lifetime, but she did exceedingly above anyone I've ever known!! SHE'S THE BEST!!!! I met Michelle through my daughter. I'd never met or talked to her prior to her coming to my home as a prospective Realtor. She was beyond my expectations in every way. I was in Spokane and she did EVERYTHING in Benton City on my behalf to sell the home, and she sold it! I cannot find one negative thing to say about her. She was a blessing to me and helped me even when I moved to Seattle. She set up for someone to come to where I was staying temporarily to have me sign the final papers. I highly recommend her.
